Software: One home base for everything in flight
A single page showing what's moving, what's stuck and who owns it, built from the tools your team already uses.
What goes wrong
A software team's work is spread across a ticket tracker, a code repository, a support inbox and a billing tool. Nobody sees all of it, so “where is that at?” means asking someone.
Client requests arrive by email, chat and calls. Some get logged, some get remembered, and some quietly get missed.
What needs to change
Anyone should be able to see what is in flight, what is stuck and who owns it, without asking. A client request should become tracked work the moment it arrives, and status should move between tools without being copied by hand.
The system
A home base: one screen that pulls from the tools you already use and shows the work in flight, the work that is blocked, and anything waiting on a customer. When something changes in one tool, the home base shows it, and every item has an owner.
How it works
Starts when a client request arrives, or a ticket changes. Ends with one current view of the work, with an owner on every item.
- Connect the tools you already use. Tickets, code, support email and billing each feed one record per piece of work.
- Turn requests into tracked work. A client request gets an owner and a due date instead of staying an email.
- Keep status in step. When a ticket moves, the home base and the client record move with it.
- Surface what's stuck. Anything blocked, overdue or waiting on a customer is listed first.
